Hey, Bernie. It's the wagon you rescued for us last summer when we had it towed to you in Pittsburgh from Ohio. The indy shop had just confirmed your diagnosis of the blower motor going bad - it had actually just stopped working entirely. They removed the blower and put the car back together, as they knew it wqould take over a week to get the replacement blower over the holidays.
When we picked up the wagon (without a blower), the speedo was out - and it had been working fine when we took it in for the blower replacement. The Saab Master Tech (works at the shop 2 days a week) said no signal from the ABS module for the speedo. Also opined that the replacement ABS modules were pretty much onobtainium and if he could find one, very expensive.
No Christmas tree.
The solution for the time being (the car just passed inspection before they began the blower work) is to watch your speed and keep going. With all of the work and new parts on the wagon in the last year, no one wants to abandon it.
