So the two #'s are 514 and 701?. I have an 04 and have been dealing with finding a replacement for for for 4 months.
I bought a 701 initially on ebay and it did not work-sent it back. I then bought another 701 with a Module Master rebuild sticker on it)(out of Idaho) and of course it did not work, although the seller said it worked on his 04. Sent it back. Got refund
I then decided to give Module Mater a try on my 701(which apparently early on before I bought the car with 35,000 miles it was rebuilt by BBA reman-sticker still on it). In the end their rebuild did not work-got a refund. They also said BBA did a bad job on their rebuild, LOL, even though it last 15 years I owned it; with flashing lights over ten years but would always reset until it didn't...... Still searching. There is one on ebay but the seller is unresponsive to my bid.
