Seems to me that you have a choice. If you like the Saab you have and it has been reliable for you, why not save the depreciation value and face the fact that at some point you will have an out of pocket repair to do. If reliablity is your ABSOLUTE criteria, then forget both and buy a Toyota or Honda. Otherwise, I'd save on depreciation and insurance, get a AAA Gold membership and stick with the tried and true. -Good Luck!
