I don't own a Saab. I really like them, and I have seriously considered buying one. That is why I am cruise this site. That said, I can't think of anything more dangerous than a car that randomly dies. For a company that promotes safety, Saab's track record with the DI cassette is inexcusable. It seems the state of automotive electronics has passed by "The State of Independence." It is great to have a car with a strong safety cage and crumple zones, but I won't buy a car that is going out of it's way to put them to the test. Saab - Are you listening?
