then automatically discount what may be happening. Were all plugs in use the proper plugs (NGK) as prefered by Saab and the T7? Just read a post where failure was at 40F and the car is in Maine -- heat problems? Unlikely. Just because dealer changes plugs does not mean it was done right or with correct plugs. At one major service my tech found that parts had given him the wrong plugs. What if that was not caught? There are few absolutes in car service. We all have had bad experiences.
