New voltage regulator installed and it bumped to 13.78 volts without accessories on.
Cleaned the fuel injection grounds / star washer'd it and hit the ignition amp connector with some contact cleaner.
Just a wee bit smoother.
I think that there is a glitch in the hall sensor as when timing it, there is a hiccup strobe on the flywheel. Maybe I'll try a different dizzy to see if it makes a difference. The one in the car has be rebuilt, but can't recall if the hall sensor was replaced....wonder if it is slightly loose and is migrating inside the dizzy and that is what is making it wonky....
OK, so I guess I better write up the ticket and send it to myself.....
