Take all of the turbo piping apart and look for leaks. Just by looking and poking around will not find a vacuum leak. Best way is to completely remove all of the turbo piping carefully checking every connection making sure the rubber is not cracked or split. If that turbo gauge inside the car is not moving when the car is running it is not hooked up. If the car was just all of a sudden not running correctly I would not look at the fuel system just yet or the injectors. Unless you have corroded wires or a mouse has gotten in there usually no reason to look electrical for the first thing always think vacuum leaks. Definitely check the turbo bypass valve and the hoses and the connectors that those hoses go to on the intake throttle body. Brass fittings that go into the intake can sometimes pop off and you don't even notice it until you start taking everything completely apart. If you do that you'll find your leak.
