One thing worth asking is was the spray pattern of the injectors a nice, even fan or a thin stream? If the pattern isn't right the fuel won't burn well. Maybe there's three injectors spraying badly and one spraying right?
You should be looking at non-fuel injection issues as well. I think that you have one cylinder that's shouldering the load for three that have bad spark, low compression or some other issue. Rings can seize up in cars that sit. Have you checked the compression? Possibly a bad head gasket or intake gasket. Gaskets will crap out while sitting too.
Are the plugs NGK BCP6ES (or BCP6ES)? Anything other than proper NGKs and all bets are off. You have new Bougicord wires so that's good. How's the cap and rotor look? What do the plugs look like after it runs?
Which is better, Aunt Jemima, Mrs. Butterworth's or Log Cabin?
