Thanks for all of the input I received. The most common suggestion was to first check for a major vacuum leak. Therefore, I checked all of my Turbo piping, hoses, hooter valve, wastegate , APC vacuum solenoid, and all vacuum lines. All piping and components held vacuum. I did discover a problem with the cruise control vacuum, so I just bypassed it for the time being. I also bypassed the ignition relay amplifier with a jumper which can be a problem on the '87. I switched in a known good AMM. Afterwards there was still no improvement when running.

I still cannot understand why removing the electrical connectors from 3 of 4 injectors makes no difference however number 3 injector will cause it to stall immediately.

Yesterday I loosened the fuel rail and pulled it out of the intake manifold with the injectors still connected. I had fire extinguisher nearby. I had my wife crank the engine. Each of the 4 injectors was spraying gas. I took the electrical connector off of one and of course it stopped spraying gas. How can you pull 3 of 4 injector electrical connectors at the same time and the car still run? Can it really run on one cylinder? Any ideas what is going on or additional suggestions of things to check?
