The specs in Bentley for my ‘82 non-turbo 8v are the same as you posted. My coil (original) is a Bosch 0221122327 and it’s actual readings are 0.9 on the Primary and 7.42K on the secondary // if yours still has the original Bosch coil then yes it’s a little bit out of spec// if it’s an aftermarket then who knows, it could be preforming correctly. I’m not a coil pro either, but I wouldn’t scrap the coil with those numbers I think. I would test both 1 to center and 15 to center and make sure they are similar // I’d also really be sure my probes were super clean.. especially with resistance a bit of dirt or oxidation can throw off your reading. I used fine steel wool to clean up my leads. Lastly, I’d also bring the coil lead that goes to the cap close to chassis ground in the dark and look at the color of the spark / you want to see white or white/blue and not yellow or orange. My experience with truly failed coils was with no resistance at all on the primary one time and one other time I had super high resistance on the secondary // that extra 1.8K above spec might not be the cause of your misfire // but heck/ yours is a hot misfire so I think I’d check when it’s hot enough to cause it. And do check the gap if you put NKG’s in // I just read they ship from the factory w/ a default 1mm gap which matches what I came across when I checked the newish plugs from the prior owner. I regapped to .65mm (0.025”) and the misfire went away.
