Numbers from battery.
Overnight voltage cold battery: 12.2v
Voltage when cranking motor: goes to 9.8v
Charging voltage when engine cold: 14.1v
Charging voltage when engine warm: 13.8v
Charging voltage with headlights on warm engine: 13.5v
Charging voltage with headlights, all accessories and rad fans on warm engine: 13.2v
Negative battery cable voltage loss to ground when cold: 0.01v
Negative battery cable voltage loss to ground when warm: 0.03v
APC solenoid clicks with ignition on for a little then stops. I've had this before when trying to start the car with a low battery.
Alternator is vibrating a little with motor running.
As mentioned, motor only misses when voltage is up in the 13.9v range when warm. (After fans have cycled).
Looks like the battery is a little worn based on the above. Would this cause the miss issue?
Is there something I'm missing here?
Thanks for reading.
