I noted excessive play in the pedal over the holiday. There is a pin that connects the master with the clutch pedal. There was a lot of slop. I drilled out the master cylinder and the carrier up to the next size up clevis i had on hand. Now there is less slop. 2nd gear now works better. A little play still exists but its not mechanical. The first 1/2 inch or so of pressing the pedal theres no resistance from the master. So I am going to bleed it out in case theres any air getting compressed and see if it improves. All in all 2nd is now working fairly well and no other gears are dragging.
