Hello,
When you turn the temperature knob is there any resistance? It is quite common for the rod between the knob and the heater valve to come off or fail. Another thing to check is if the hoses are attached to the firewall going to the heater valve? Let us know if this helps at all or if you have other questions. Good Luck, Bernie
