Those are definitely R12a threaded ports. (The cap is missing on the one closest to the camera.) So you pretty much have to treat it as though it has not been converted to the later refrigerant. The safest thing to do if refrigerant needs to be added is to perform the R134a conversion.
If you're not familiar with working on air conditioning it would be best to take the car to good shop to have the work done. It's very easy to make matters worse or even injure yourself. The C900's AC system is pretty basic and any good HVAC technician should be able to work on it.
