Swedish cars vs. Japanese cars.. Hi Folks.
I have had a batch of 9KT's, including a couple of Aeros, and they all
got solid 25 MPG except on the times when it was was below zero or if
I let the car idle with the a/c running alot.
In between I have also had a couple of Jap cars - a Prelude and now an
Impreza wagon.
I thought I'd hate the Prelude - I was wrong - it was fun, and almost
comfortable - but carried very little, and the legendary Honda longevity
did not apply to this car.
I was SURE I would hate the Suby - having hit my head on so many I've
gone in before when entering/exiting - but once again I was wrong !
It is a cute little car, and goes pretty good too.
The downside - it is not very old and it is tremendously rotted and
has a nasty fuel leak over 1/2 a tank.
I have never seen a Saab at 10 years old rotted like this Suby is.
AND....
I cannot wait to be back in a 9KT !!!
Best Wishes,
mark
