Yes, it was a Wells CB11 that I purchased for my '95 CSE. As I recall it was through Advance Auto Parts during one of their 20% or 25% off online sales. Unfortunately they don't seem to list this part any more, and neither does Autozone.
Eeuroparts currently shows an "OE Supplier" DIC for about $240. This should be SEM if truly the original supplier, but the description doesn't come right out and say it and the photo of the part doesn't have the SEM sticker where it's expected. (A "Genuine Saab" DIC is also listed at $349.) Orio price is $382.50 through thesaabsite.com.
Neo Brothers in the UK will ship an OEM DIC to the US for a total of about $304 including international shipping which appears to be about the best price on a unit actually listed as "Genuine Saab". (You can also just about make out the SAAB/SEM labeling in the part photo.) Of course things could get sticky dealing overseas if there is a problem.
