Hi Doug - agree this was a bit of a flier and not a best practice on how to buy and old car. I have been looking for a Pre-1975 for several years however and this was better than the others I’ve seen. I am decent with a wrench and handy with a MIG so that helps make less than perfect cars more workable. This was an itch I wanted to scratch and I’ve got my head around the likely work needed.

Appreciate the honest thoughts and shared information!
