I desided to disconect the cold start valve this morning and that solved my problem of the car running rich when I start it in the morning. This of course is a temorary fix and I am not sure what to check/replace to correct this issue. How does the cold start valve operate? If I could get figure that out, I should be able to find and correct the problem.
