This is what I usually do when using coin-op places.
1. use the low pressure prewash to wet down the car.
2. spray on wash setting, spray under car and in wheel wells, then clean off the foaming brush (remove dirt from previous user)
3. switch to foaming brush and clean car from top down to bottom
4. rinse soap and bubbles from body
5. any leftover time, use shine to clean it up.
Drying:
I used to use just rag towels (no fabric softener, it streaks when drying)
Then I switched to an artificial chamious. Drag it across the surface from front to rear. Then finish up with a clean dry towel.
Lately, I use a water blade to get most of the water off and finish with a dry towel. This is the best/faster solution so far.
