Thanks for all the advice. I drove it today. The body seems rust free. It has some damage to the front spoiler, nothing competely broken, and is missing the two front jack point trim covers.

The top "clicks" twice in the boot area and then after a minute or so gives a roof opening error on the display.

Sadly there was no close interstate but it didn't "wow" me on exceleration up through 60 like I remember my old C900 turbo did, but there was no lag like the old 900 either.

I do think it needs new engine mounts, it was a bit tough to shift at speed. The clutch engaged pretty low, so maybe it needs a new plate?

He did a valve cover job on it as it was leaking oil, you can see that on the outside of the engine. He states he didn't see any sludge or build up of it when he had it open.

He's asking $4,500, but mentioned he was probably going to send it to auction next week.

He slipped that he might get "a couple grand" for it there. I hate to see it go to auction. I'm thinking of offering $3,000, maybe go to $3,500.

Thoughts would be appreciated!
