Congrats ! Another Viggen in good hands. As for tuning the Viggen, there isn't a lot of margin in the Viggen for tuning. There is a reason Saab was able to get 30 hp more on the 9-5 than the Viggen with the same engine. There is a lot less cooling capacity in the Viggen. I don't believe Hirsch ever offer an official tune for the Viggen either, unlike the 9-5.
In a previous life, I worked in R&D for a well known premium german brand testing cars at high elevation or extreme temps, and that's how you discover that 99% of tuners are complete crap, even when using high octane not available in the US usually.
