A couple of flakes fall and the entire city goes into panic mode, and every company sends their employees home early resulting in massive gridlock of historic proportions.

I remember one time it started dumping snow at about 4pm, they cut us loose at about 4:30pm, and by the time I got home around 8pm the snow had switched over to rain and melted any remaining ice or snow on the roads. The gridlock was so bad at first that I turned my car off, got out, locked it, and much to the disbelief of the psychopathic woman behind me (honking, flashing lights, yelling obscenities at me), ran across the highway to a gas station to take a leak and buy a very large bottle of beer. When I came back about 10 minutes later she had tried to go around me and had only moved about a foot. I just laughed at her from my rearview mirror.
