Currently, doing 3 10's and 2 8's, with Thursday Friday off. When I was a Supervisor, we used to pick our hours "cafeteria style" it was a salary position with paid OT.. The problem was, if you were at the bottom of the food chain, you got what was left over.. a graveyard split shift, then off for 8 hours return and do 12 hours at night, followed by a day shift outdoors, then another graveyard etc... I didn't know if I was coming or going by the end of the week.

IMHO, enjoy life when you are younger, cause when you get older, you won't be able to keep up.. at 20, I could work 20 hours, sleep for 5 and go for another 12 or 15.. at 50, the body doesn't cooperate like it used to.
