I do agree, the quality of GM products has GREATLY improved over the rescent years. However I feel usually their basic design concept is lacking thus it usually leads to a sub par product.
We have a 2000 caddy which goes through 4 qts of oil every 1,000 miles. The dash is aslo coming apart & we use this for our funeral home thus it doesn't get driven hard & has 60K miles on the clock.
Our yukon XL has been almost trouble free however the horrible ergonomics & poor use of space is what erks me on the vehicle. I just do not understand how something SO BIG can be so small on the inside. I am definantly looking forward to what the new generation of the suburban/yukon xl turns out to be.
I have seen several 9-7's the past few days & I think they look sweet! The more I see them the more I like them!
