Do not get me wrong - I am all for CFL. I replaced all the bulbs with CFLs in my house. At 20 cents per kwh 100w incandescent will cost about $200 per year if ran continiously (and an average desktop with CRT monitor will cost $400 per year). Given the overall situation with fossil fuels in the world only unitelligent people continue using incandescent. It takes some goverment action to force them to do the smart thing.
