when you are tired, you are tired....after working for 20 continuous hours, you are NOT in shape, and still have 10 hours more to go.....
Are you seriously saying that's okay to have them work the slave shifts because "they will rise to the occasion" over and over again.....
Sorry Bob, to me it doesn't make sense....try driving for 30 continuos hours and tell me how you feel after hour 20, are you as aware of the situations ahead of you???
