This is a ridiculous question, but maybe someone has dealt with something like this recently. We have a custom-built swing set in our back yard that the previous owner of our house put up. My brother and I are now 15 and 20 and it doesn't really do it for us anymore...
I was going to put it on CraigsList for someone to come disassemble and haul away. It's about 14 years old and needs some TLC (fresh stain and a few new nails). I would power wash it before anyone bought it, and it's structurally sound. I was thinking around $100 but I got on there and people are selling similar sets for a lot more. I can't tell if it's Cedar or pressure treated pine though, which I think would affect the price. I actually have one lady interested already but I don't want to tell her some crazy high price and offend her or anything. I think a new set like this would be close to $2k.
Any input would be much appreciated.
