Lots of variables, I'm sure... The set looks fairly sound structurally, but it does have a few years on it. New sets usually come with a curvy or wavy thick plastic slide...looks like the one you have could get REALLY hot out in the sun (we had one like that, too, so I speak from many a burnt bottom). My wife and I were just looking at new sets a couple weekends ago and you can get a really nice cedar set with most of the bells and whistles starting around $1,000. I would suggest looking around on various sites (Toys R Us, Sam's Club, etc.) and find something comparable. Custom sets (Backyard Adventures, for example) do run a LOT higher, but the quality of a lot of the mass-produced sets are just as good for a whole lot less money.
Then you have to factor in other variables, such as delivery cost, time to dismantle and reassemble, labor to assemble a new set, convenience, etc. If I had your set, I might start around $250 and then allow myself a little room to be flexible. We had a fairly nice storage building that we sold last year at a below-bargain-basement price just because we wanted it gone and didn't want to mess with moving it ourselves. So, we got a few bucks out of the deal and the buyer removed it the very next day. You certainly can't beat getting paid for somebody else to do the work. Good luck, drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
