No disturbing cracking or sticking sound when the doors are opened again. The stuff I've been using, Vinylex, is basically Lexol but for plastic, rubber and vinyl.
I've never seen evidence of rodents in my garage, but I'm so afraid of having the wiring chewed up...don't want any nasty surprises in April. The house is on a beach, and there are a fair amount of critters in the dunes.
