I understand that some dealers are pretty weak in the service department. It has always been that way with SAAB.
If you find a good independent then that's great. Maybe Spyker will bring the standards up. I got a call from and indy across town last week. They were about to cut through the firewall of an 87 900 to get at the crank bolt. One of the great things about the C900 was that very few people could diagnose or repair them. I made a lot of money on those cars.
