I tend to agree with Chaz-This may be harder than you think.
You said he is finishing his pre-med studies this Spring. He should have already applied & should be hearing about acceptances about now. If he already did that & you listed the places at which he was accepted- congrats. The personal fit is more important than aggregated data- an in-person visit will guide the choice. Those are all fine choices but it will be a bit easier to get a competitive residency (the next step) if he goes to Yale or Brown.
If he has not yet applied plan on looking widely. The typical applicant fills out apps to 17 schools. Out of ~34,000 applicants about 17,000 are chosen. Average GPA is a little over 3.70 with a lot outside activities. The decision is often given to those who in some way demonstrate intensity of commitment to the career.
