College grad..Take 75K job or live abroad ?

Daughter graduating next year from Nazareth College in Pittsford, NY. Most of the expenses for college were on scholarship but she has incurred some debt to the tune $10,000 or so. My wife and I have paid the rest if needed.
She's got a position ready and waiting if she wants it but has hinted that she wants to live abroad immediately after college and not work. We have been able to send her overseas consecutive summers since college and she had actually been saving her money since she was 12 years old to venture across the pond. We simply matched her savings and provided assistance and support as needed throughout her stays. She also has done volunteer work in Australia. She did the hostel experience while traveling Europe alone last year. She's active in international memberships through the college and is very excited about this.
I'm outnumbered 2:1 on this but I think things aren't as stable internationally as they once were.
She is quite capable and I trust her judgement but this doesn't wash with me in todays economy. My wife is okay with this and I am not.
This forum has provided useful insight from many perspectives in the past on many issues and I could use some of that input now.
Thanks
