I was rear ended in my 2000 9-5 aero and it took usaa six months to my insurance money to me. I had to pay 4500$ out of my own pocket and I never even got a rental car. I called the usaa insurance agent every day for five months and left her voice mails, but I never once received a phone call back from any usaa employee. Kind of amazing! The body shop I went to no long deals with usaa at all!

By the time usaa finally sent me my check, the body shop had convensed to pay an extra 1500$ to have other paint work completed, which was unrelated to the accent all repaired.

Good luck because I have no idea how they are leagally able to get away with things like this.
