I don't know all the details, but everyday I question whether or not it was the only choice. I trust that VM knew what he was doing, but I can't help to ask myself "Was there something else better they could have done than declare bankruptcy?" I look at pictures of Saabs, very very very recent pictures of the new 9-5 in production, the workers, the different departments, the state-of-the-art facility, the pride of the employees. All extremely positive things. I just don't get it. Looks like time and money is all they needed as the support was and still is there. Was there really nothing else that could have occurred? Of course none of us know the answer, but it's still hard for me to believe.
