Prius Drivers are about the same anywhere. But there seem to be two types:
The ones who drive really slow, with a subset who think it is their job to block other drivers from going faster than they can pedal. On freeways they morph into left lane bandits. These are the Pious Drivers
The ones who drive hard, maybe to make up for the lack of poke the cars have. This is me when ever I rent a Prius. Driven hard, the Prius does OK in aggressive traffic, but lack the poke for good passing. Driven this way they are like any other underpowered small car. With a stiffer chassis and some sticky tires they might actually be fun. And those parts are all available.
A subset of the aggressive Prius drivers are the ones who drive really fast on the highway. I've been passed while doing 80 by Priuses doing 90-100. But they slow down on hills, sort of like an old VW Bug.
