I have seen a few of those on the road these past couple summers. They look like fun motorcycles. IMHO, if the driving wheels are in the front, with one tail-dragger wheel in the back, it can achieve outstanding driving dynamics and turn on a dime yet provide stability and excellent snow traction all at the same time. . . and be classified as a motorcycle so the thing can weigh less than the legal minimum weight for cars.
Almost all cars were all SUV's (with frame bodies no less) before GM pushed the "longer, wider and lower" marketing in the 50's. As roads became more crowded and people moving back to more utilitarian vehicles when baby boomers were having children in the 90's, the popularity of butt-level seat height station wagons under any name was quite reasonable.
