sport sedans are specifically designed for economical, high speed driving. You tend to drive a ute differently--same was true of my Subaru even though it was surprisingly fast (H6). The problem is that in this country high speed driving is only a theory. Most of the time you spend jammed up behind idiots poking along in the left lane. After years of frustration trying to drive at 80 mph, I find it much more relaxing to just chill out and drive 70 mph. The Jeep is well suited to this--it's really fun to drive (even after two years)but in a much different way than sport sedans.
