This conversation reminds me of a prank I played on one of my football buddies in high school. He was a star wide receiver, and a likable guy. I was second string in the receiver group. We were fond of a pizza joint not far from the football practice field, and at the time I was more interested in a possible career in chemistry following college. We would order a pizza to split among four guys, and the restaurant would serve us a salad while we waited for the pie. I sprinkled some phenothalein (organic dye) on his salad at a convenient time. It was August, we had two-a-day practices, and the physicals were the next day.
The nurse gave my buddy a couple of paper cups, but the poor guy could only piss blue until the food coloring was out of his system two days later.
