with a wand! I get our cars sprayed with Rust Check (there are other types, eg Krown, and some people just use recycled oil). They use spraying equipment with a wand, but it is also available in an aerosol. I do that sometimes myself, but that's more useful for touchups - I leave the big job for the pros because the stuff is messy, and I'd spend as much on aerosols to do a whole car as I would to have a pro spray it ($100). To spray inside the sills etc, you want something really thin that creeps (Krown and Rust Check both offer products like that)... to undercoat the car, you want something thicker that will not wash off (Krown and Rust Check both offer that also)... motor oil is in between...
To get inside the sills and inside doors, what they do is drill a couple holes (not exterior to the vehicle) and spray and then plug the holes. See photo below of one of our c900's. I didn't love the hole drilling part, but the car has very little rust on it in spite of many harsh salty winters!
An interesting thing is that the c900 has a port specifically for oil spraying the rear fenders. Already has a removable rubber plug with a slit to insert a spray straw. It would not surprise me if the 9000 did also!
