if the 9000 is anything like the c900... I can access the sills of the c900 with an aerosol by removing the screws for the carpet retaining strips and inserting the straw for the can through the screw holes. It won't be as perfect as a pro application with holes drilled, but if you spray around enough, it should be pretty good. the stuff I use (red can see image betlow) creeps.
I probably sound like I sell the stuff but I'm not at all affiliated with any of these - just seems like a waste to let these old saabs rust out. I'm amazed this is not standard practice in the northern USA.
