What do you guys think I could get w. my ~ $7000 if I decided to use all of it to get a 9-5 as a replacement car? And, where is the best place to look, in addition to the SAABnet classifieds, of course? Does autotrader/cars.com pretty much show all inventory, or would I need to check every local dealer? I will of course check craiglist, etc as well. I would want something with 70k miles or less, and I would be very fussy w. condition (A quick browse reveals that most 7-9 year old cars will be a downgrade condition-wise compared to my 14 year old car). Also, I would like to get a manual trans...I know that could make it take a bit longer to find one.
I did see one that had some potential, but it is on the west coast, and I am on the east coast. Has anyone shipped cars that far before? I would imagine it is expensive.
