Totalled 9-3 settled. Advice?

Hi guys,
So after 2 months I finally agreed upon a value of my car ('99 9-3, 165k miles, literally mint, original owner) with the 3rd party insurance. I got $7250 and I keep the car. (Figure already includes salvage deduction). I know a lot of folks have gotten the short end of the stick with their totaled SAABs. Stick to your guns. I feel I should have gotten a little more, but this was as high as it was going to go. Being able to wait 2 months helps...as does the car being immaculate and nearly impossible to replace.
All along I have wanted to repair the car. I still do, but my brain is kicking in a bit too. What would you do? Fix car? Buy a 9-5 Aero? Or put $$ towards a new car (but would be a mediocre new car like an Impreza hatch base model). I know it's largely a personal decision. But at least the choice between fixing my 9-3 vs buying a used 9-5 Aero...kind of like the devil you know vs. the devil you don't know. It's a tough one.
Anyway, I wanted to solicit some opinions and advice, and I also wanted to let folks know that it is still possible to get a decent value for our totaled SAABs if one is very persistent and has the car in a condition to justify it.
thanks guys!
Alex
