While I have been using PayPal to accept payments for 20 years and have been a pretty happy customer/user, I have to admit that for a company that must be rolling in money, they have some terrible lapses in customer support. For Saabnet, I can no longer add any new email addresses to my account because, as support tells me, you cannot add new email addresses while there are ANY outstanding unpaid invoices. I'm an active business, but I really doubt that I truly rank that high on the activity meet compared to others and there is absolutely no point in time in which I will not have an outstanding invoice. Either I have to stop my business temporarily and not issue any new invoices while I try to get all the old invoices settled or do without adding any new email addresses to the account, so I do without adding any addresses to my account.
I'm guessing whoever coded adding new email addresses to an account left the company and the remaining engineers can't figure out how to fix this bug in the code.
