Any of these items individualy or in the aggregate, are not enough to get you off. They usually don't take mitigating circumstances into account. You are charged with a specific violation, and to my knowledge there are no exceptions to law that if you drive in excess of the speed limit you are in violation.

However, you may be able to gum up the works. Ask for a trial, ask for the officer's record, ask for the maintenance records for the particular radar gun used, show that the gun wasn't calibrated and the officer is notorious for giving false tickets. Be very civil but let them know that you are here to make there life harder. They may reduce the ticket or null pross it entirely.
