use the orange stuff!!! Even if you flush all of the coolant (heater core and all); I'm not sure the systems are 100% compatible. Who knows what the orange stuff will do to material used in your cooling system. I know that a orange stuff system can go back to green, but I'm not certain that a green stuff system can go orange.

Anyway, you'll never be able to remove all of the previous coolant by yourself (at least not in a timely manner), and you cannot mix the two, period. Just buy the green stuff, and run by any dealer (GM, Ford, Saab, doesn't matter) for some BG Supercool. All will be fine.
