priority along with fire, police, etc. You can thank our past governor and probally the current one for not setting priorities to protect schools and the other important programs. Oregon gets more money than California and Washington per student so where is the money going? Just dumping more money is not going to clean up the mismanagement of school administrators. How about that school administrator Stan Bunn I think is his name who has more that 100 counts against him for financial violations with school money? The voters pamplet is a joke of government workers who say the sky is falling and don't want to clean up their act. Government should operate like a business and the current mess that we are in is out of control and now is the time to cut out the waist. No on 28! Vote Libertarian!
