The V60 is about the same size as our 9-3SC. The Buick TourX is almost a foot longer than the 9-3SC and we really don't need the extra space.
I may have access to considerable discounts on the TourX, and Buick is ranked significantly higher than Volvo in the latest JD Power Dependability Ratings, but I haven't been able to learn the near-term fate of the Buick Regal family following GM's sale of Opel to Peugeot-Citroen.
Disabling the Stop-Start feature is far easier on the Buick than on the Volvo, although it is possible on Volvo's too, (FWIW, I also disable DRL's when it is easy).
I probably won't so anything until Summer. In the meantime I can repair the niggley items on my 9-5 which could result in major price haggling by prospective buyers. And in the Summer I can sell the 9-5 before taking possession of the new vehicle since the Viggen can serve me as a commuter for a couple weeks once the weather is nice.
