Who do you think buys these cars? 18-35 year olds? Young executives? Pro athletes? The only people buying Town Cars are octogenarians and fleet operators, neither of which gives a rip about an aux in. The Town Car is designed to be adequately comfortable, durable, and easy to maintain and it hits all those marks - clearly, because they're still making them. If you want high tech, look into Lincoln's made-this-century lineup of MKx cars.
Ford keeps making Panthers because there is still work for them to do, not as halo cars for their respective brands. Related, I'm pretty sure Pontiac no longer makes the Executive (or anything else), which pretty much eliminates it as competition for the "still being made after 32 years" category.
