I don't understand that statement. AFAIK, you can move the seat forward in 9-5's just like any other car. They don't sit any higher than the other cars you mention, so she certainly can get into it. They have power steering and power brakes, so I can't imagine that being a problem. Yes, the doors are more substantial than many other cars, but I suspect she's not so tiny that she couldn't handle that task.
