Yes, 4th gear.
Still, Turbo'd Honda will kick the heck out of most cars.
Not hard to get Honda up to 400 or 500 horsepower. Take a look at the Honda web sites for turbocharging. As for drag racing, almost all of the fastest subcompacts are Honda Civic or Acura Integra. Even Honda junkyard turbo engine build will beat much on the road.
Case in point: watch this video, and look at your watch to see how long it takes from 50 to 80, even with a shift (3 seconds!). This is a 1.6L, stock internals, 1997 4 door Acura, T3, 13 PSI.
